2 Hour minimum @ $60/hour + $60 for each additional hour.
2 Man (skilled labourer or contractor)
2 Hour minimum @ $80/hour + $80 for each additional hour.
*Request a quote for larger maintenance, repair and renovation services. This includes maintenance and repair services such as building retaining walls, garden boxes, major structural repairs, and demolitions.
Average Handyman Rates For Common Jobs:
1-2 hr: change thermostat, fix leaky pipe, hang pictures
2-3 hr: hang shelves, repair drywall
3-4 hr: hang door, repair wood, replace window
4+ hr: repair wall and paint, add heating & air register, wiring for home theater

HOME AND OFFICE PAINTING SERVICES
Please contact us to make an appointment for a quote on painting service costs and fees. We will need to make arrangements to measure your home or office as well as assess and repairs that may have to be made prior to painting.
MAN WITH TRUCK/CLEAN-UP/JUNK REMOVAL
There is a minimum 4 hour service fee for "man with truck" services. The rate for two men with a truck is $55.00 per hour plus dumping fees, where applicable. There is a charge of $40.0 for every additional hour.
